J'aime beaucoup l'idée du menu surprise car on se laisse justement surprendre.
Un excellent moment partagé
Les assiettes sont très joliment décorées, le mélange des saveurs explose en bouche. Nous avons pris le menu 7 plats. Tous les plats sont exquis, les jus sont divins.
Pour avoir déjà dîné dans des restaurants étoilés, la cuisine du Bvan est digne d'un étoilé.
