Open since May 2017, Chez Fred is a pleasant stopover in the discovery of the Old Vannes. Ideally located at the top of the Place des Lices, a major shopping area, this wine bar will offer you beautiful wines from 70% organic owners, or in sustainable agriculture, patiently selected by Fred during his tours in the vineyards of France. The training of this dynamic wine merchant, previously an oenologist guide in Bordeaux, is the assurance of highly valuable advice when choosing from the menu. An offer of tasting plates can make you a local snack: oysters from Yvonnic Jegat, tomme de Rhuys from the Suscinio cheese farm, goat cheese from Brech, sausages from the Pont Romain in Séné. The tasting room for about 20 people on the first floor can be privatized for your future private parties.
