MK COACHING

Originally from Brittany, Mélina Guichon and Kévin Conan, both certified sports coaches, travelled for a while in North America before coming back to Vannes in August 2021 to open MK Coaching, a 100^m2 space dedicated to personalized sports coaching or in small groups. The original concept was immediately successful and convinced people from 18 to 83 years old, concerned about their health and well-being. The offer is varied (cross training, TRX, Pilates, educational boxing) and flexible (per unit/10 sessions/20 or 50 sessions) to best suit each individual.
