A chocolate factory, Terre de Fèves brings together exceptional certified organic cocoa beans from the four corners of the globe. Anne-Laure Hagnéré, the owner, inherited this taste for sharing and good things from her mother and grandmother before her. After studying hotel management and working with Michelin-starred chefs, it was in New Zealand that she learned the "bean-to-bar" method, an artisanal manufacturing process for 100% gourmet products, with no preservatives or artificial flavors.
