FROMAGERIE KÉROUZINE
Fromagerie Kérouzine, a cheese-ripening facility, offers some 140 cheeses, depending on the season and ripening: forty or so made from goat's milk (melting, tight, fresh, ripened...), such as Pouligny-Saint-Pierre (certified AB, the only one in France), Saint-Nicolas de la Dalmerie (small ingots flavored with thyme), pressed or blue-veined cheeses, bloomy rinds, washed rinds... All cheeses are represented, even the rarest. Bonus: the yellow wine jelly is the perfect accompaniment to a fruity Comté... Ask for our advice: you'll be won over!
