Artisanal manufacture of regional products, the biscuit laughs loud and clear but not from its customers to whom it provides good advice for gifts or small sweet pleasures to drink or taste. His specialty is the "tongue of a witch", a crunchy crust filled with raisins, hazelnuts and almonds invented by Louis Ligneul as a tribute to the late "Museum of Witchcraft and Witchcraft". There are also some cheerful regional liquids and other tasty surprises.
