Opening time and information on HOTEL – RESTAURANT CHARBONNEL
Logis. Annual closure in February. Open Wednesday to Saturday lunchtime from 12 noon to 1:45pm and evening from 7pm to 8:45pm; Sunday from 12 noon to 1:45pm. May to June and September closed all day Monday and lunchtime Tuesday only. In August, closed all day Monday. Bar open from 10am to 11pm daily. Charbonnel snack bar open daily from 3pm to 6pm. Reservations recommended. Menus from €35 to €89 (vegetarian and vegan menus available on request). A la carte menu: approx. €25. Children's menu: €30. Wine by the glass. Double rooms from €90. Terrace.

Hôtel-Restaurant Charbonnel is a 3-star establishment ideally located in the Périgord Vert region, in Brantôme-en-Périgord. It invites you to relax while enjoying elegant service and refined cuisine. Chef Louis Garrigou and his team concoct dishes based on organic and seasonal produce, with an emphasis on local produce. You'll go beyond the classic, but you'll be surprised and won over by the mix of flavors and surprising combinations. You can choose to enjoy your meals on the terrace or in the lobby, where you can enjoy the calm of the river or the jazzy sounds. You'll discover a short, original and local menu that respects the seasons and local produce. It changes every 5 weeks to guarantee a new experience every time you visit. You'll also enjoy an evening of gastronomic delights, featuring Joseph Perrier vintages. Among other things, you'll have access to a wide choice of wines on the dedicated wine list, with over 300 references from French vineyards. A great address for a unique experience!

TOUT, du lieu absolument magnifique, de la décoration raffinée en passant par la cuisine succulente, de la vaisselle parfaitement choisie, au personnel vraiment sympathique, la sommelière excellente très professionnelle qui nous a parfaitement guidés, aux produits frais (champignons et pain délicieux) en allant jusqu'au chat du restaurant, une figure à lui tout seule. Quel bon moment nous avons passé avec le bruit de la rivière et un temps magnifique. Je conseille vivement !
Idem pour ce pauvre maraicher qui doit être lui aussi "un faux", salade fraiche cueilli, je dis bien CUEILLI, l'après midi même et arrivé en cuisine à 18h.
Si vraiment vous êtes artisan boulanger vous devriez respecter notre métier. Personnellement à votre place j'aurai honte de ces 14 mots qui ne décrivent rien mis à part des mensonges.
