DANIEL MERCIER
Daniel Mericier's company has been producing chocolates and biscuits since 1988. The chocolate maker has its own plantations in Mexico and Vanuatu. Thus, it ensures the quality of its products since the cocoa plantation. He makes sweet (croquet, shortbread and macaroons) and salty (bacon or goat cheese) biscuits, sometimes with a mischievous appearance: for example, he offers a Berrichon that resembles camembert but chocolate; his droppings and sausages are also chocolate. The cookie boxes have a pretty vintage look with their off-white tint and red checks. Chocolates and biscuits can be found in the factory outlet, but also in local produce shops and many of the region's food shops.
