Il a fallu un courrier de mon assurance pour obtenir une réponse et que celui-ci se déplace (après 1 mois et demi de relance et de très nombreux mails).
La visite a été faite mais je n’ai jamais eu de compte rendu et encore moins la facture d’installation que je demande depuis 3 mois, Monsieur Villaudy chercherait-il à se soustraire à la décennale?
Rien n’est clair, très peu de réponse et quasiment impossible à joindre, je déconseille Monsieur Villaudy pour son manque de fiabilité.
