Rossignon Pâtisserie is located in the Middle Street in the heart of Bourges. Its specialty is the Into du Berry. They have been manufactured here for three generations. It is a delicious caramel with melting butter lined with almond éclats and cocoa powder. A good idea of gift for the greedy! For lovers of chocolate sensations, no less than thirty chocolates, made home of course: peanut peanut, pralican-based pralican… For the Christmas festivities, the mellow and gentle iced tea enrobé, is the party. Side cake, there is something to delight the gourmets with the Negresco, another speciality of the house, which is no other than a chocolate foam and its chocolate fermented meringue also. The House's other Incontournable is a sponge covered with vanilla muslin and raspberries covered by an Italian meringue. Also discover the Panettones (Italian brioches) and the dough to spread with the praline taste that you still enjoy on a crepe, on a cake… or simply with the small spoon. The house also makes a tea room for those who want to taste these specialities.
