Eric Lebœuf is a better worker in France and feels at the quality of the products marketed in his institution. For years he has been able to establish a reputation that has never proven to be true. On the caterer side, the queen généreusement with dauphines apples and various salads. In fact, at Lebœuf, the biggest difficulty is to choose everything you want to buy to eat everything. It is possible to pack the meat in vacuum on demand to keep it longer.
