What a pleasure to find a real cheese factory in downtown. Maître Renard found a way to obtain excellent cheeses, particularly from Auvergne, without having to flatter the raven without ceasing: just go to Master Yannick - the new manager - just steps from the fountain, Place Square. Here he finds everything to satisfy his legendary pleasures. In addition to the famous camemberts of raw milk, Yannick offers carefully selected cheeses and refined to perfection: cheese, saint-nectaire, Emmental, a whole range of goat cheeses from Berry and elsewhere, not forgetting farmers'butters, large eggs and creamy cream. The cheese factory is the only one in Bourges to sell the p'tit bonbichon, a cheese of character with cow's milk produced in Arcomps. There are also regional wines and the specialities of the Dukes de Gascony and La Belle-Erp. Grocery products are of the same quality as cheeses. This boutique nestled in the historic heart is a real gourmandise. A good surprise: rates are very attractive!
