This boutique is a real happiness for cheese lovers. At the right time, the décor is planted with the large milk pots that invite to return to authenticity. Thierry Mornet, passionate cheese, will advise you and guide you. Apart from the classics (chavignol, young, bluish or refined, Brie de Meaux, blue of Causses, county or twenty-four months, Emmental, chestnuts…), the establishment offers less known but exquisite cheeses, such as a cheese refined with walnut liqueur, sheep, a nitrite-savarin to the truffle (rather in a festive period for the latter). And for those that le inspire, you can combine your cheeses with the jams finely developed and proposed by Thierry: black cherries for sheep, goat grape figs, Williams pears in Sauternes for produced pasta, mirabell to riesling for strong cheeses washed like Munster. Complete your market with eggs, yaourts, butter, cider and wine. An address that really smells good the land! Seeing beautiful chaources under their glass bell is a real wonder.
