DOMAINE DE LA BROSSE - PHILIPPE PORTIER
The distant origins of the Brosse estate dates back to the fifteenth century, then a fief of wood, metalries and hamlets. Philippe Portier has 10 ha of Quincy AOC in this area. The exclusive sauvignon grape is raised on gravel floors, which offers an expressive, fruity wine with freshness and elegance. This wine of good conservation combines with aperitif - it is the wine of conviviality - but it also marries with freshwater fish (sandre, pike…), seafood and goat cheeses. You can of course come to taste it. The wines were often rewarded: Domaine Portier 2013 won a prize of excellence at Vinalies 2014, the Quincyte 2013 was awarded a gold Liger. Philippe Portier won the gold medal in the 2013 Sauvigno World Competition for his vintage 2012 and a gold medal in the Bourges wine competition for his vintage 2011, as well as a star in the Hachette Guide 2008.
