DOMAINE PIERRE DURET
The estate extends over about fifteen hectares planted on terraces of sand and gravel on the left bank of the Cher. The good natural exposure of the vineyard allows the Sauvignon to reach an interesting early maturity. Domaine Pierre Duret has a long-standing commitment to an environmental approach and is certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value). The vines from thirty-five to forty years old produce a beautiful cuvée very representative of this beautiful grape variety. It is a pleasant wine, distinguished by its finesse and a beautiful aromatic persistence. This charming wine deserves to be discovered at the beginning of the meal, on seafood of course, but also with fish in sauce or grilled, with cheese pies, asparagus, and of course with goat cheese.
