Since the seventeenth century, the Roger has produced their wine in Bué, a remarkable area about these soils, city very close to Sancerre the pitcher. In the Domaine du Carrou where the ten hectares of vineyards "sail" on discreet hills although declive, we have always displayed and passed the motto No great wine without a grape of excellence. The white people are forward: The Deserts, Domaine du Carrou, Merchant Oak do beautiful drifts in the mouth. Rosé and red whose Jouline for the latter offers finesse, still finesse. Not to mention the excellence of the place, the old vines in white honoring the two oldest plots with its 100% "clothy", whose floral notes invade it as soon as it is sliced. In the accomplishment, brave excellent.
