The Chotard family's winegrowing tradition has now lasted for two centuries. Daniel and Brigitte, the parents, have been working for a few years with Simon, their son, who graduated top of his class from the Toulouse School of Oenology. Parents and children form a trio of shock that offers wines (red, white and rosé) that are both precise and deep. In addition, the father musician at his own time did not hesitate to combine wine and music for wild "oxen". Regularly congratulated by the press, the estate is considered as one of the most beautiful progresses in Sancerre.
