It's not easy to come across a bottle by Pierre Picot when you visit his cellar, as almost all of them are retained from one year to the next. It has to be said that this sympathetic winemaker shows great regularity, which never disappoints. Restaurateurs in the Centre region and Paris, as well as renowned wine merchants, stock Domaine Chaillot. The house offers a range of red, white and rosé wines. The Domaine du Chaillot also has a mill where it produces its own white and brown flour.
