The new managers - Ondine Caron and Samuel Dion - have renamed the old Boussard oil mill but they still produce walnut and hazelnut oil in the same artisanal way since 1860. Individuals can also bring their walnut and hazelnut kernels. You can watch the production live and leave with your own bottle. The Auron oil mill makes pure walnut oil, pure hazelnut oil... It is one of the last three oil mills in the Cher and therefore a curiosity in itself.

Excellent oil and hazelnut, finally of taste in the dishes! To be consumed without moderation. We also love the variety of products offered in the small shop. A large congratulations to new management who have brought a great freshness to the oil mill while maintaining the spirit of the house and the traditional method!
