Moulin de Pesselières is an artisanal producer of virgin walnut and hazelnut oils located in Jalognes. For the past 6 years, Anny and Joachim have been producing exceptional oils every day, using a 100% mechanical process of crushing, gentle roasting and cold extraction. They have just opened their own "C'est si bon" store on site, where they sell their famous oils as well as a selection of high-quality local products. Having recently invested in a new press, they also offer a range of first cold-pressed organic oils.
