Located in the Savoy town of Le Noyer, Herbier de la Clappe is a farm specializing in the cultivation and harvesting of aromatic and medicinal plants. The plants are grown using organic farming methods, without chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides. They are harvested and sorted by hand to preserve all their qualities. L'Herbier de la Clappe offers a wide range of products, including single-plant herbal teas such as hyssop, mallow, peppermint, sage, lemon thyme and verbena. He also offers blended herbal teas with evocative names such as "Douceurs des Bauges" or "La Tête dans les Etoiles". In addition to its herbal teas, Herbier de la Clappe offers aperitifs made by cold maceration in Savoie white wine, using plants grown or picked in the Massif des Bauges. The aperitifs are available in 75 cl or 25 cl bottles. L'Herbier de la Clappe has an online store where you can order its products.
