Located in the town of Le Noyer, Herbier de la Clappe is a farm specializing in the cultivation and harvesting of aromatic and medicinal plants. The plants are grown without chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, using organic farming methods. They are harvested and sorted by hand to preserve their qualities. L'Herbier de la Clappe offers a wide range of products, including herbal teas based on single or mixed plants, as well as aperitifs made by cold maceration in Savoie white wine. Aperitifs are available in 75 cl or 25 cl bottles, and can be enjoyed chilled. The farm also offers online sales of its products. It is advisable to contact the winery before visiting.
