Over five generations, Domaine Philippe Gilbert, which has been biodynamic since 2006, covers 28 hectares. The winemaker enhances the soil and plants with natural preparations, respecting the rhythms of the stars. In the heart of the Menetou-Salon AOC, he produces two cuvées: Domaine, fresh, well-balanced wines in three colors, and Les Renardières, made from old vines, vinified in barrels to produce complex, powerful whites and reds. Each bottle reflects the family's commitment and the excellence of the terroir. A know-how passed on with passion.
