CHOC'FLEURS
Choc'Fleurs, these are delicious chocolates with flowers, of organic origin, presented in the form of tablets or more poetically as pretty flowers in boxes. The gourmands will find their happiness in the different choices offered, between white chocolates (sometimes coloured by the flowers that perfume it), those made with milk or dark chocolate, decorated with flower petals and spices, sometimes with pieces of dried fruit. But Choc'Fleurs also means infusions and teas named after medieval ladies (such as "Dame Cunégonde" or "Dame Guenièvre" herbal teas, or "Floribert sorcerer's tea"), organic sugars and salts (of Guérande) perfumed with plants, in short, a whole range of products made from flowers and plants of organic origin. Thanks to these creations, Choc'Fleurs won the Organic Innovation Prize in Nantes in 2008 at the Natura organic fair for its chocolate bars and the "Blind Tasting Award 2015" silver medal for the Tchaï dark chocolate bar. All these products are made in a chocolate factory located in an 18th century farmhouse surrounded by its 12 hectares classified as an LPO refuge, where more than 50 varieties of birds are present, and about 450 varieties of plants, bordered by a river classified as Natura 2000 and whose biodiversity has not been affected by any pesticides for 25 years. These Moroguan creations, sold on the Internet shop, can be found in the various shops in the region.
