DOMAINE PELLÉ
The fame of this house is summed up by the hard work of four generations of winegrowers. A fervent defender of the Menetou-Salon appellation (created in 1959), this 40-hectare estate, run by Anne Pellé, with Julien Zernott and Paul-Henry Pellé, cellar masters, also produces sancerre. The thermo-regulated stainless steel vats allow a control of fermentation, as for the old and magnificent cellar, it is intended for the maturing in barrels of red wines. Considered to be among the best in the appellation, the estate's wines can be found all over the world. The Cuvée "Les Blanchais", made from a single Sauvignon grape variety, has been selected as one of the best wines of the year 2016 by the Revue du Vin de France.
