It is in the heart of the Berry region that Sylvie and Pierre Fabre cultivate two jewels of gastronomy: saffron and truffles. The red gold and the black diamond are harvested according to traditional methods and the derived products are designed without additives, in order to offer the best. Whether you come directly to the farm shop or order online, you will find jellies, chutneys, shortbread, oils, quinoa, marmalade, honey and, of course, black truffles and saffron filaments. Visits are also offered to groups to understand the elaboration of the products directly on the estate. Visits that end with a tasting!
