It was in 1953, in this little Sologne village, that this succulent shortbread cookie was born, thanks to a recipe error - and so much the better for our taste buds! Made with flour, butter and sugar, it's named after the place where it was born: le sablé de Nançay. The tradition of artisanal production is kept secret, to guarantee the quality of the product. These cookies are hand-crafted in the workshop adjacent to the boutique, an ideal place to do your shopping and enjoy a cup of tea with these sweet treats

I love when they make the open days of their small factory and that they show us their manufacturing techniques!!!
Par contre, quand on commence à en manger on ne peut plus s'arrêter
