LE PAVILLON DE PRÉCY
That was missing: the beer of Berry! It is in the outbuildings and the old stable of the castle of Précy (XVIIIth century) that this old-fashioned microbrewery has been installed. The first objective is to brew with the barley malts produced at the Pavillon in order to become a farm-brewery, which will be quite innovative. An initiative to be supported with the different ranges produced such as the classic blonde, and in the European style the Irish Red Ale, the Porter, the Hefeweizen, the Saison and, icing on the cake, the Mandarina Bavaria with its striking aroma.
