With passion, know-how and respect for the terroir, the Gaël Félix estate invites you to discover authentic Quincy wines

Gaël Félix, a wine enthusiast, became a winemaker in January 2022 in Quincy, his native region. After studying viticulture and oenology in 2001, he perfected his skills with renowned winemakers in France and New Zealand. His estate, covering 6.71 hectares, is mainly dedicated to Sauvignon AOP Quincy. Each wine is carefully crafted, from vine to cellar, to express the finesse and minerality of the terroir. Sensitive to respectful viticulture, the estate is in the process of obtaining Organic Agriculture certification.
