The vineyards of the Priory of Saint-Céols are located on the Appellation-Salon appellation. The soil stands out by a clay-clay soil that dates from upper Jurassic (glass). Pierre and Christine Jacolin's domain spans 12 hectares (two thirds in Sauvignon and one third in Pinot Noir). The vine is driven in a sustainable development logic with a constant concern to preserve nature for future generations. The Priory of Saint-Céols is also a magnificent building dating back to the th century.
