CARAMELLE
A specialist in sugar, caramel, chocolates and other sweets, this small shop puts you in the mouth at the entrance of the shopping centre. So, even if you had come for anything else, you would surely chill down in front of the window that is too open to resist temptation! For 28 years, Caramelle confectionery - with her three Fernanda ambassadors, Mrs. Caramelle, Julie and Laëtitia - eats Bourges's sweet beaks. It becomes an important address on the occasion of weddings, communions and other baptisms. It should be said that the house is stepping up its creativity to carry out superb display compositions that are of great effect on the festive tables. Windows are evolving around the year around pretty, more creative settings. In addition to Belgian chocolates 100% cocoa butter manufactured in Lokeren, the shop sells in bulk the bonbons of yesteryear of the Maison Barnier, the Coucougnettes of Pau, the cakes of the Biscuit Biscuit created in Mehun-sur-Yèvre, and of course the Sugar Médicis who do the same share of the classical recipes as the new flavours. Moreover, you are served with smile and good humour, which is nice!
