La baguette très bonne pour un patissier, quand aux Paris-Brest, ils sont durs, pas frais, pas de forme circulaire, brefs, le patissier ne fait pas ses pâtes à choux ni sa crème pâtissière, même les amandes effilées et grillées ne sont.t pas fraîche. Bref, grande déception, à éviter, la grande surface du coin fait mieux!
