Van Anh Dang has earned a solid reputation after winning a famous culinary challenge. What gives him the impetus to create the Mets workshop three years ago. A catering service and cookery courses she took care of in her home, following all the mandatory standards. However, everything is designed as a large family kitchen with central island, which allows good visibility during the course. The strength of this young woman is based on her training in restoration and the courses and meetings she continues to do, on her good humour and finally on her dual Vietnamese and French culture. Adult courses are available on Saturday morning and at any time for private groups. It emerges with fishing and full of ideas and new greedy friends.
