Bertrand Riffault cultivates the 11 hectares of the family farm (Domaine du Carroir-Perrin), distributed on clothy, flint and white land. 5 ha of sauvignon and 1.5 ha of pinot noir AOC Sancerre appellation. The wine grower welcomes you on his land and explains the steps in the manufacture of his wine, 70% of which is exported. You will be easily tempted by a few bottles of white, red or rosé sancerry and enjoy tasting them throughout the year following the advice of the boss. The Riffault family can also offer three houses if you want to make a stop in the Sancerkings vineyard.
