Décoration, bouquets, animalerie, fleurs et arbres et produits régionaux.

A SHAME!!!! By means of Florajet, ray flowers this garden-center was to deliver a bouquet says marine with purple (your favourite colour), my grandmother who lives in retirement home near Chartres for its anniversary. The delivered bouquet is pink, does not correspond not to my order. Who more is, it is neither or to do: bottom-of-the-range flowers, holes in the bouquet, failed water bubble, in short, it is frankly null. Florajet, contacted, called the Garden-center of Bois Paris then, and decided to call another local florist to deliver a bouquet of replacement. BUT here: does the garden-center want nothing to hear, refuses to recognise the wrong, takes the fly and? leaves inn emergency to cover the bouquet in my grandmother until in its room! Incredible, but real? and particularly afflicting, not to say scandalous, on the human plan: no excuse with the guest (me), no suggestion for things, nothing! Furious, I telephone at this garden-center and fall on a manager icy, who retorts me just that they did not have the orderly flowers! So I meet him that if they could not deliver the order, they could refuse, or contact me to find a replacement solution instead of changing bouquet arbitrarily, without announcing it to the guest, and bold to head straight to get it in the emergency in a old! I received an icy welcome, it responsible card-indexing apparently royally delsa clientele, and immediately deferring all wrongs on the Florajet service while claiming even that it was them that had required to cover the bouquet! It is only after 20 minutes from rough discussion that I manage to with extorting two words of excuse, pronounced end of the lips! Admittedly, Florajet offered me its changing apologies and offered to my grandmother an extra plant floral with a word of excuse. Stay that the service Gardens Bois Paris, which is a relatively high garden-center, and for the Florajet network, is just nullissime, both on the professional level as human. How these people change trade!
