FIREWOOD MILL
This pivot mill, typically beauce, dates back to 1796. It is also called "Moulin Pelard": four generations of Pelard worked there for 150 years. The patriarch of the family bequeathed him to the commune. The ARAM Beauce decides to restore it. In 1976 the association of the Moulin de Pelard was created. The first work is destroyed by a storm and it has therefore been completely restored after destruction. You'll see how wheat turns into flour. In June, at the time of Small Heritage Day, and in September, the association brings a bread oven on site and produces old bread.
