JAZZ & BLUES
Created in 2006 by a group of passionate people invested in the municipal team and the festival committee, the Jazz & Blues festival celebrates its 15 years in music, as it should. With always a nice mix between headliners and local musicians and the participation of teachers and students of the departmental conservatory. For this edition, Steeve Lafont trio makes vibrate the gypsy jazz in the lineage of Django Reinhardt and the great evening of Saturday combines the talent of BBS, a large orchestra composed of 18 musicians and a singer, with the brilliance of Lionel and Stéphane Belmondo (six victories of the music between them) in a common passion for jazz. Also on the program: Dawn Tyler Waston, Swazz Quartet, MOZAIC Jazz Band ... The event has now left its open-air installation in the heart of Chancelade for the nearby Marsac exhibition center, because the weather has unfortunately not been kind to a few editions... It is a very convivial meeting, one can nibble and drink a glass on the spot, to park on the site also.
