Today, the latter provides the service while his wife Zampeta prepares the dishes. On the menu, particularly successful, we had: caper salad with onions, chickpea soup, rooster in wine and lamb in the oven. Organic vegetables are grown in family fields. They also raise their rabbits, lambs, chickens, sheep and pigs. Homemade desserts are delicious.
