And this in a decor of old train car for the restaurant part and led by El Che, the alma mater of this welcoming place. In glass or bottle, beverages can be accompanied by excellent tapas and racons (fried chino, risotto de Rabo de Toro…) prepared by his companion. For wine, the right choice will be given priority on the regional stage, the Torreperogil red wines (10 km east of Úbeda), a small quality production, difficult to meet outside Jaén province: Very red fruit in the mouth, like a jam of blueberries and ripe, nothing caramelized.
