The room is large, bright, with welcome little plants and many nods to local culture such as the emoliente cart. In the plates, a fresh cuisine, based on local and creative products. We revisit the classics by combining alpaca with Mediterranean flavors, flaming aji de gallina with pisco or accompanying trout with fruity flavors. Excellent desserts also or churros at snack time.
