If you want to attend a match at the Camp Nou without breaking the bank, you should know that Barça sets its prices according to the opposing team and the season. The cheapest period is the winter, roughly between November and February, when you'll be facing teams who have just been promoted to the top flight or who finished in the bottom three the previous year. Tickets for the King's Cup, whose matches take place around January-February, are generally very affordable. As are tickets for the Joan Gamper Trophy, which takes place around mid-August.

What's very local

With their proximity to the sea and a generally mild, sunny climate, Catalans are fervent beach sports enthusiasts. Water sports schools abound along the coast! You'll find wind surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, sailing, diving... And for those who want to stay dry, yoga on the sand, jogging or rollerblading on the promenade or beach volleyball are also popular!

If you'd like to attend a match at the Camp Nou, check the La Liga calendar, available around mid-July, four weeks before the start of the competition. Note that Barça play their home games from mid-August to around mid-May. Last but not least, match schedules are only fixed a few weeks in advance. Some matches may be scheduled for Sunday evening, so plan to return on Monday! In the Champions League, tickets for the group stage go on sale once the draw has been made. For the Trophée Gamper, tickets go on sale three or four weeks before the match (around mid-July).

Main events

Sailing enthusiasts have probably already heard: on October 12, 2024, the ^37th edition of the prestigious America's Cup will take place in Barcelona. An event on a global scale not to be missed!

Tourist traps

Tickets for the Classico or the Champions League are expensive... and rare! If you run out of tickets, you'll have to go through an unofficial reseller. Be vigilant, and don't forget that scams are common!
