A newcomer to the Tokyo bike rental scene, LUUP has grown quickly. There are stations all over the city, which makes them a must for an urban ride. You borrow the bike where you want it, and drop it off at any of the kiosks on the way back. Via the download of an application, the service is easy to use. It is still in its infancy and is currently only available in Japanese - with translation software. The scooters will be available to tourists by 2023.
