This is the oldest restaurant in the "Revu", having opened in 1927. It is located in the hotel of the same name. The setting of this old-fashioned brasserie is very elegant (chequered floor tiles, wood panelling) and the dishes are sophisticated. It is said that the famous Caesar salad was invented here by a group of airplane pilots who prepared their meal by mixing leftovers from the fridge. Today, it is still the specialty of the house. A waiter comes to prepare the salad in front of you. Quite impressive!
