Bali is the one and only wine region in Indonesia. The Sababay estate, located on the north coast, was created in 2009 to participate in the development of local workers. The climate is extreme and the wine growers harvest up to three times a year! The vines are planted on sandy and clay soil, which gives the wines a fun complexity. Moscato Bali sparkling wine offers the fruity taste of the Indonesian sun and the explosive flavor of volcanic soil. The winery offers tours and tastings by appointment.
