This café is a perfect reflection of the cultural and gastronomic diversity that we appreciate so much in Dubai. A very good and smart plan!
One immediately feels a sense of authenticity in this café-restaurant that welcomes both Emiratis and expatriates with warmth and kindness. The staff is very smiling and helpful. The setting inspires serenity and relaxation. As soon as the weather allows it, you can have your coffee or meal outside. The offer in terms of breakfast is plethoric. The menu gives pride of place to fresh products and the coffee, like the mocktails, are excellent. The dishes are generous and it's no coincidence that it's always full!

But the second visit earlier today was not that great especially when the staff chose to upset customers.
Without having to go through a lengthy rant about the situation, let’s put it simply that they are only concerned about their process and not customer experience. Not in one isolated incident but 3 incidents in the same day.

Just the cafe name “HEAL” already gave me a very positive energy until I asked for their wifi password ????
