One can go to Mado either for breakfast, a Turkish coffee with some sweets, or for a meal, let's say... copious. The restaurant is always full, and most of them are regular customers, or even very regular. On the kitchen side, it's a paradise of kebabs, mezze and a small glance at the very famous ice creams made with 100% natural goat's milk and without coloring. Continuous restoration and therefore very practical for a break between two visits to the Burj Al Arab. Mado has 400 restaurants in the world!

My experience at Mado this morning was incredibly disappointing. Despite the beautiful ambiance, our visit was marred by a series of unfortunate events. We arrived at 9:30 AM for breakfast, only to be told that the chef hadn't arrived yet and that we could place our order at 10 AM. To pass the time, we ordered Pistachio Sahlab, which was indeed delicious, but the 30-minute wait was frustrating.
By 10:30 AM, we were informed that the chef wouldn't be coming, and our order couldn't be taken. This left us feeling extremely hungry and disappointed. Despite the stunning surroundings, we couldn't overlook the fact that our morning was wasted due to this experience.
It's essential for establishments like Mado to manage their staffing and customer service effectively, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, the lack of apology or compensation for the inconvenience further added to our disappointment. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future patrons.
