**Ribs & Brew Bar - Hilton Al Habtoor Hotel Business Bay Dubai. 15/04/2024**

My recent dining experience at the Ribs & Brew American Style restaurant within the Hilton Al Habtoor Hotel Business Bay Dubai left much to be desired.

Ordered dishes included the Kale Salad, Baby Chicken, and Pork Sausage with Mashed Potatoes and Onion Gravy, but unfortunately, the service encountered several shortcomings.

The timing of dish delivery was notably flawed, with my guest receiving their Baby Chicken well ahead of my Bangers & Mash despite the restaurant's low occupancy at the time.

Such lack of coordination in meal service is unacceptable, particularly for a hotel of this caliber.

Regarding the food quality, it was a mixed bag. The Kale Salad shone with its freshness and flavors. However, the Baby Chicken was disappointingly dry and tough, seemingly left under a heat lamp for too long.

The Bangers & Mash, though decently presented, fell short in taste and texture. The Mashed Potatoes were cold and lacked consistency, while the Pork Sausages appeared undercooked and lacking in seasoning. Concerns arose regarding the quality of the sausages and their meat content.

These inconsistencies hint at a lack of attention to detail and care in food preparation processes.

Upon expressing our disappointment, the staff was apologetic and offered to replace the dishes. However, we declined as we expected a higher standard of food quality initially.

During this exchange, I noted the chef's response to the situation from afar. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue directly, the chef's disinterested reaction conveyed a lack of concern for customer feedback.

A more proactive and engaged approach, akin to what a professional chef like Gordon Ramsay might demonstrate, would have been more appropriate. Personal engagement with customers can go a long way in rectifying issues promptly.

Despite encountering issues with timing, food quality, and kitchen standards, the waitresses were a bright spot. Their attentiveness and genuine concern regarding our experience stood out, contrasting with the lack of engagement from the chef.

In conclusion, my visit to Ribs & Brew Bar was marred by poor timing, subpar food quality, and a notable lack of care regarding customer feedback from the chef.

I give the food quality 1 out of 5 stars and commend the waitresses with a 5 out of 5 stars for their exceptional service.

We’ve been there for a dinner. Lovely place. We had 4 mains and all of the food was delicious. That pub has an offer in Entertainer app so we had buy one get one free on a bottle of wine and a main. Service was excellent.????????

Sehr angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen kam schnell und richtig gut: das Beef-Rib ist absolut zart und fällt vom Knochen - so, wie es sein soll!

Low quality food at verry high prices!

Amazing in total tests and the atmospher with the ladies beautiful smiles????

Although there were only a few people in the restaurant, service was extremely slow.
Food took over an hour for sandwiches, flatbread and fries.
Food was not worth the money AT ALL. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Will not be returning.

Ribs and brew the food was great and tasty the roast salmon was juicy and delicious ????.

Great food , but moderate service

Its a normal bar, but the staffs was very kind and will make you good vibe, cocktails are normal

Great Food and drinks! Pool table and mini golf is on the upper floor which was fantastic ! Service is excellent and staff is friendly and welcomed! Big thank you to Brish!

I walked it and there was no service at all. No reception, had to ask for menu and seating area. After waiting 10mins, where no one came by to ask for drinks and order I just walked out and went to a burger joint next door. Note that this was around 9pm when it was not busy!

For a restaurant inside of a top hotel, service needs to be top priority. Unfortunately did not experience it at this place.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Unser Essen kam sehr schnell und war sehr lecker.

I found this place randomly as i was searching for a place for good ribs, the ribs were awesome and the burger, yet the vibe was louder than expected and weirdly the waiter was giving put creepy vibes, maybe I’m exaggerating but I promise you it was a bit much????.

Food was good, the beer tasted terrible. It seemed like poorly cleaned pipes. Not good at all.

Service was ok. Not amazing. Seemed slow!

Atmosphere fine.

Overall, I'll be back for the food. Hopefully the drinks taste better next time

Kawshaly she's superb waitress caring customers.. and also ravi give us superb services . This is hospitality how grateful of this two i like to come back because of this two ❤
