The huge, elegant and bright lobby, with its sober and efficient furniture, including the 317 rooms with exceptional bedding, honours the memory of Georges Pullman, inventor of the suspended sleeping cars. Undoubtedly one of the best value for money in this part of the city, comfortable, easy to live in, modern. French is spoken here

Hi I recently stayed at this room all was good until they told my son can't punch the punching bag and that he could swim even tho he could swim properly they told that he has to be above 16 and the food was not that good not enough for a 5 star hotel

Stayed at the Pullman Hotel on the City Centre Mall Dubai and enjoyed the service of its professional staff right from the reception. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I liked the airy dining room and breakfast spread. The fact that it was central to everywhere was a big plus for us. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms regularly. My son enjoyed all the free facilities- swimming pool, gym and steaming room. By the way, we visited on the recommendation of a friend. It really lived up to our expectations. I would certainly come back.
