Steps: San Francisco

Departure from Pier 33 to Alcatraz. Don't forget to book your tickets two weeks in advance to leave early in the morning. Visit of Alcatraz. From the boat, view of the bay, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Financial District with the Transamerica Pyramid of San Francisco. Back on the dock, discovery of North Beach and Telegraph Hill and lunch at Boudin Bakery to try the traditional chowder clam, seafood soup so typical of the bay. Then, go south in Chinatown before joining Union Square. Take the Powell-Hyde Street line of the cable car on Powell Street. Get off at Lombard Street, the most winding street in the world. Dine on Hyde Street in Frascati for a good Italian meal in an original establishment, before having a drink at Vesuvio to immerse yourself in the Californian Beatnik atmosphere.
