Following the administrative amalgamation of the two regions of Upper and Lower Normandy in a region «Normandie» and the decision of the FFCT to modify its organization accordingly, the leagues of Basse Normandie, and of Haute Normandie agreed to merge into one entity called the Regional Committee of Cyclic Cyclic in Normandy. It is an association law 1901 designed to promote the practice of cycling (Road and ATV) in the region of Normandy. It represents the Fédération française de Cyclotourisme (FFCT) and brings together all groups affiliated with the FFCT whose head office is within its jurisdiction, namely the departments of Calvados, the Eure, the Channel, the Orne and the Seine-Maritime.
